Processing Time

Orders placed after 1pm EST / 10am PST will begin processing on the following day. Orders are shipped same day or next day (business days only). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. 2-Day FedEx delivers on Saturdays. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not in stock.


All domestic packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. International shipments are shipped via DHL, UPS, Fedex and APC Postal Logistics. Duties or brokerage fees on international shipments will not be included in the shipping cost and will be additional based on the receiving country’s regulations. By completing this order the customer is in agreement that they are responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees, customs fees or similar charges (including VAT) for international shipments. 


After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has shipped you will receive an additional email with tracking information.
